At Noughts and Kisses, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all security tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
